Life and careerBhichai Rattakul was born on 16 September 1926 into a Thai Chinese family. He graduated from Bangkok Christian College and Saint Stephen School in Hong Kong. He is married to Khunying Jaruay Rattakul and has 2 sons and 1 daughter, whose names are Bhichit Rattakul, the former Governor of Bangkok between 1996-2000, Anatchai Rattakul, and Khunying Patchari Wongphaitoon.
