Billy Keast (born 24 November 1996) is a professional rugby union player for the Cornish Pirates on loan from Premiership Rugby side the Exeter Chiefs. He is a prop forward. In November 2016 he made his Chiefs debut in an Anglo-Welsh Cup clash away to Harlequins.
