Black Gut[1] is a {{convert|1.4|mi|km|adj=mid|-long}}[2] gut connecting the Susquehanna River to Hartman Run in York County, Pennsylvania in the United States.

Black Gut, formerly the southern branch of the Conewago Creek delta (prior to the stream bed filled in just above its confluence with Hartman Run at the Brunner Island Steam Electric Station), separates Brunner and Lowe's Island from East Manchester Township.[3]

Black Gut enters the Susquehanna at the village of Saginaw.
