The village is accessed via trails from Premnagar, the closest town. Kashmiri is the main language of the area. People also use Urdu as a secondary language. GeographyIt is about {{convert|7|km|miles}} away from the last motorable point,[2] at the wooden bridge over the river Chenab in the town of Premnagar, which is about {{convert|15|km|miles}} from Doda. EducationEducation in this mountain region has languished in the past few decades. Every villager in this region lived through the armed conflict contending with the demands from militants, and the beatings and interrogations by the Indian Armed Forces but the new generation has never seen that darkness. In this area where the concept of education had been profusely scarce for over 30 years, the Haji family has been able to build a school which provides education at par with any other renowned school from the rest of the country. Located in Breswana village of Jammu and Kashmir, the Haji Public School (HPS) is known far and wide in the state for the kind of education it has to offer. It has now become a place where families relocate just so that their kids can study in Haji Public School.
