The Bricklieve Mountains are an upland area located in south County Sligo, Ireland. The name means the speckled mountains in Irish, a possible reference to their appearance when more quartz rock survived on the outside of the cairns, causing them to sparkle in the sun. The "mountains" cover an area of {{convert|25|sqkm|mi2}} and include only two major hills, Carrowkeel at {{convert|321|m|ft}}, and Kesh Corann at {{convert|359|m|ft}}.[1] Carrowkeel hill contains the Carrowkeel Megalithic Cemetery. The Caves of Kesh are visible on the west side of Kesh Corran from the R295 road and the Dublin–Sligo railway line.
