Its western terminus is at Okatope village near a road checkpoint on the B1. C45 runs through the capital of the Ohangwena Region, Eenhana. In Eenhana, there is a taxi rank where one can pay to travel along C45 to Okongo. The last major settlement on C45 is Mpungu.
