On beginning a training college and later established as Private University under Gujarat State Government Act 8 of 2009 notification. CTU is been promoted by the Kalorex Group of Companies, New Delhi since 1995. Currently the university is offering Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral level programmes.
