}}Carodista bathroptila is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1929. It is found in India (Assam).[1] The wingspan is about 12 mm. The forewings are ochreous-yellow with a large basal tuft of erect yellow-whitish scales. The markings are obscure, ill-defined and yellow-whitish, consisting of a broad fascia towards the base, a broad postmedian fascia interrupted in the middle, and an S-shaped streak from the disc at three-fourths to the apex. The hindwings are yellow-whitish.[2] References1. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/sci/bio/life/insecta/lepidoptera/ditrysia/gelechioidea/lecithoceridae/lecithocerinae/carodista/ |title=Carodista|publisher=nic.funet.fi|accessdate=2016-01-02}} {{Taxonbar|from=Q22286995}}{{Lecithocerinae-stub}}2. ^[https://archive.org/stream/exoticmicrolepid03meyr#page/517/mode/1up Exot.
