Carolina Darias San Sebastián is a Spanish politician affiliated to the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) and current Speaker of the Parliament of the Canary Islands. Early lifeBorn in Las Palmas on 25 November 1965, San Sebastián received her law degree from the University of La Laguna.[1] CareerA politician from the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party, San Sebastián was a member of the city council of Las Palmas from 1999 to 2004. She served as a government sub-delegate (2004–07) and was elected to the Parliament of the Canary Islands from Las Palmas in 2007.
