词条 | Compulsory trade |
释义 |
In Canada, a compulsory trade is a skilled trade that requires government certification of those engaged in the trade. In general, a formal training program such as an apprenticeship is required, and a practitioner must be certified as a journeyperson prior to licensure. Conversely, a voluntary trade is a trade where a certification or license is not required to practise.[1] In Ontario, for example, there are currently 22 skilled trades that are designated "compulsory".[2] References1. ^{{Cite web|url=https://tradesecrets.alberta.ca/trades-occupations/what%E2%80%99s-a-designated-trade/|title=What's a Trade?|last=|first=|date=|website=Tradesecrets|publisher=Apprenticeship and Industry Training|access-date=}} {{Canada-law-stub}}2. ^{{Cite web|url=http://www.collegeoftrades.ca/trades-in-ontario|title=Ontario College of Trades » Trades in Ontario|website=www.collegeoftrades.ca|access-date=2016-07-28}} 2 : Canadian labour law|Skills |
