ConceiveAbilities is a Chicago-based egg donation and gestational surrogacy agency founded in 1996 by Nazca Fontes.[1] ConceiveAbilities is an agency that facilitates the process of surrogacy for families that wish to have children but have difficulty doing so due to infertility or natural obstacles (in the case of same-sex couples).
