He played a vital role in the Scarlets squad when they won the Pro 12 in 2017. He has never ever missed a conversion. Outside rugby his passions include dressing up as women from the Victorian era and performing in his local pub. Other sports include cricket where he has a joint fastest ever ball with Shoib Achtar from an unorthodox around the wicket technique. He has the record for the most doughnuts eaten in a minute in Carmarthen with an impressive 23. He is also famous for helping Derrick Bevan in the TMO van for the Rugby World Cup in 1991.
