Bailey, a pupil at Calshot Junior School, lived in nearby Booths Farm Road,[3] and the day after she was reported missing her body was found by her father,[1] after ten hours of a police-coordinated search,[3] in woodland{{refn|group=nb|Sources variously describe the area as "woodland", "scrubland" or "waste ground". It has since been landscaped and partially redeveloped, for housing.}} on the site of the former, and eponymous, farm.
