As a member of the Reformist Movement, he is the incumbent Federal Minister for of the Middle Class, SMEs, Self-employed, Agriculture, Social Integration and Urban Policy in the Michel Government and a member of parliament since 2003. BiographyDucarme obtained a master degree in political sciences, international relations and European integration at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. [2] Political careerIn 2003, he became a Member of the Chamber of Representatives for Hainaut. In October 2014, he became the leader of the liberal faction in the Chamber.
