}} Dode Gujar are a pastoral agricultural ethnic group with populations in Maharashtra, India[1] Gurjara, Gurjars, and Gujjars, The Hindu Dode Gujars are mostly found in Indian states of Maharashtra, Gujrat & Rajasthan.[2]The Gurjars are classified as Other Backward Class (OBC) in some of India's States.[3][4] Hindu Gurjars were assimilated into various varnas in the medieval period.
