The winner of the National Project “100 New Persons of Kazakhstan” (2017) [3], [4]. In the mass media he is called as “Kazakh Mozart”. HobbiesAt the age of 10 Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin wrote music, at the age of 13 he became a student. Rakhat-Bi is the author of more than 100 music works, including such large-scale symphonic pieces technically and mentally complicated as “Kazakh Rhapsody”, “Forward to the Sunlight”, “The Will to Live”, “God's dwelling”, “Aftersounds of Romanticism”, “Beyond the darkness”, “Time Run”, “Tears of Silence”, “A drop of Eternity”, “The Sacred Universe of Particles”, “Phantom reflections”, as well as chamber compositions - the most vivid of them are “Over the vault of depth”, “The Shadow of Alhambra”, “The Way of a Scarab Beetle”, “Chant lunaire du vent”, “L'Aura Sonante”, “Celesti collisioni”, The Space of Resonance”, “Ombre del Vuoto”, etc. These works have become a logical result of creative searches begun in such early plays as “Petroglyph”, “Murakami Fantasy”, “Light through the Mist”, “Light at the End of the Tunnel”, “Rondine Piangente”, “Aport pour Satie”, “Games of non-parallel lines”, “Feeling of Autumn”, “Fantasia quasi una sonata” and others [7]. The music of Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin regularly sounds in well-known concert halls of almost all European countries and in a number of countries of Asia and America. It is performed by well-known soloists, chamber ensembles and symphony orchestras. World premieres of his works took place in Prague, Paris, London, Vienna, Graz, Mütstsühlage, Berlin, Bayreuth, Frankfurt am Main, Münster, Detmold, Sibiu, Los Angeles, Beijing, Seoul, Ankara, Istanbul, Moscow, Tomsk, Rogaska-Slatina, Bergamo, Arcoye, Alicante, Teulade-Moraire, Cairo, Alexandria, Amman, Astana, Almaty... In most cases, being an outstanding pianist, he plays the party of solo piano in his symphonic works by himself. He gives solo and author concerts [9], [10]. Foreign critics called Rakhat-Bi as “a real Kazakh miracle, a virtuoso pianist with extraordinary power in his arms and ambitions in kind” [11]. He is the only Kazakhstani, honored to play on the personal piano of P.I.Tchaikovsky in his working cabinet in Klin city, Russia [11], [12]. The works of Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin have entered the pile of the World Fund for piano and orchestra performed pieces “Discography” of the University of Southern Illinois (USA), where the masterpieces of world classics - from Bach, Haydn and Mozart to contemporary authors - are collected. The scores of Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin are published by the leading Russian musical publishing house “Kompozitor”, and he is the only Kazakh author whose scores are published by the well-known German publishing house “Verlag für Neue Musik Berlin” (Germany) [13], [14] He receives orders for writing musical works from outstanding musicians and contemporary groups. For example, on April 9, 2018, in Paris, the world premiere of his work “Des pensées de loin” (Thoughts from afar) for 24 flutes, written on the order of the Orchestra of the French Flutes[15] has taken place. Along with music, Rakhat-Bi is interested in mathematics, physics, history, reading books, painting. He is engaged in swimming, interested in the interrelation of languages, since for him the concepts of creativity, knowledge and creation are closely interconnected. At the same time Rakhat-Bi is actively engaged in scientific activities. At age of 14, he published the work “Mathematics and Contemporary Music”[16] , which gained the 1st place at the VII International Science Projects Contest in Moscow (2013). They also published compilations of creative works “The Edges of Harmony” (2011), “Ten Touches to the Sounding Space” (2017) and the book “Divine Way” (2017), as well as scientific articles in university journals and NAS of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since the age of 13 he gives lectures-concerts “Ways of Music”, “Mathematics and Music” at the Palace of Schoolchildren of Almaty city, at the Kazakh National University of Arts, and at the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy, Nazarbayev University, the Academy of Music of Santa Cecilia (Bergamo, Italy) and others. Rakhat-Bi is continuously being in the process of self-improvement: mastering new knowledge, in-depth study of history and theory of music, constant work on increasing the performance of mastery - all these are the main priorities for a young composer and pianist. The formation and development of the unique composer’s manner of Rakhat-Bi has also resulted due to the fact that he participated in numerous master classes of such outstanding contemporary composers as: Yuri Kasparov (RF), Ivan Fedele (Italy), Tristan Muray (France), Beat Furrer (Switzerland), Pierluigi Billone (Italy-Austria), Clemens Gadenshtatter (Austria), Klaus Lang (Austria), Mark Andre (France-Germany), Simon Stein-Andersen (Netherlands), Claude Ledu (France), Kurt Schwertsik (Austria) Giuseppe Giuliano (Italy), Alessandro Solbiati (Italy), Rebecca Saunders (Great Britain), Vladimir Tarnopolsky (Russia), Kenesh Duysekeyev (Kazakhstan), Bakhtiyar Amanzhol (Kazakhstan), Aktota Raimkulova (Kazakhstan), Serik Erkimbekov (Kazakhstan) and other recognized masters. Rakhat-Bi was improving his skills of playing piano with such well-known teachers as Irina Vikhnovskaya (Kazakhstan), Gulnar Kurambayeva (Kazakhstan), Svetlana Massover (Kazakhstan), Constantine Boginho (Italy), Nina Igudeseman (Austria), Elena Ivanova (USA), Vladimir Ovchinnikov (RF)... On the theory of music, he attended lectures and seminars by outstanding figures of musicology - Alexander Sokolov (Russian Federation), Konstantin Zenkin (Russian Federation), Georg Friedrich Haas (Austria-USA), Haye Chernovin (Israel-USA), Matthias Kranebitter (Austria), Agostino Di Siepio (Italy), Gulnar Alpeisova (Kazakhstan), Umitzhan Dzhumakova (Kazakhstan)... In the autumn of 2017, 18-year-old composer and pianist, Master of Arts and Sciences, Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin, was enrolled at once in the doctoral program of two of the most prestigious universities in Italy. According to the international selection, he was admitted to the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia (Rome, Italy) high school educational program, to the class of the outstanding composer of modernity, Ivan Fedele. And, having brilliantly passed the entrance exam, Rakhat-Bi became a post-graduate student (Master di II Livello) at Conservatorio Statale di Musica “Cesare Pollini” (Padua, Italy) - piano, the class of famous pianist, director of the International Music Academy (Rome, Italy) Konstantin Bogino, where he is successfully giving concerts now. In 2018, Rakhat-Bi Abdyssagin is also admitted to the doctor program (Master di II Livello) of the Conservatorio di Musica “Giuseppe Verdi” di Milano (Milan, Italy) in composition department, the class of Alessandro Solbiati, a major specialist of new music. The success in foreign universities, close communication with foreign colleagues is also facilitated by the fact that Rakhat-Bi is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish in addition to Kazakh and Russian, and he is also studying German that certifies the versatile education of a young intellectual having a special mindset and high working capacity. During a historic meeting with the winners of the project “100 New Persons of Kazakhstan”, held on December 1, 2017, commenting on the Rakhat-Bi’s performance, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Elbasy N.A.
