Riccoboni founded Critical Future, a strategy and technology consultancy with a specialism in Artificial Intelligence and blockchain based in the UK^[3]

Critical Future partnered with the Department for International Trade of the British government for an event on the Future of Banking and Fintech in the Locarno Room of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Described by architect George Gilbert Scott as “a kind of national palace, or drawing-room for the nation”, the Locarno Room is where the Locarno Treaty was signed in 1919 to confirm Europe's borders following the First World War. It has been used for State visits and Royal Birthday parties. The event with Critical Future brought international bank CEOs and executives to meet with UK based Fintech founders.^[4]

Critical Future also produces research on growing markets such as blockchain which has been featured in news sources such as New York Times,^[5], Yahoo News ^[6]

Adam Riccoboni is also a business writer and wrote "The Art of Selling Yourself" published by Penguin in the United States, and ranked by Bookreview of the Amercian Library Association as of the Top 10 best business books of the year.^[7]. He also wrote "Buy Me! 10 Steps to selling yourself in business" published by Michael O'Mara in the UK^[8], as featured on the BBC^[9]. Also, published as "Buy me! 10 segreti per vendersi al meglio nel mondo del lavoro" by De Agostini in Italy^[10].

Adam Riccoboni has contributed management and business knowledge to the Financial Times,^[11] to the Guardian^[12], and USA Today^[13]
