Admincontrol is a Nordic and UK based software company, founded by the Norwegians Ståle Løvbukten and Ivar Kroghrud in 2005. The company`s headquarter is in Norway with local offices in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and the United Kingdom. In 2015, the company was sold to Herkules Capital and thereafter acquired by Visma in 2017.

Admincontrol offers cloud-based board portals and virtual data rooms for secure collaboration and sharing of documents. The company has more than 4 000 customers and 55 000 users globally.
