The Agency was established by the law from 9 December 2016 on transparency, as the main body that fight against corruption and the modernization of economic life, and help the competent authorities and the persons who are confronted to prevent and detect the facts of corruption, trafficking influence, misappropriation, illegal capture of interest, misappropriation of public funds and favoritism.
