A.K. Montgomery was a prominent New Mexico lawyer. Montogmery, with J.O. Seth, founded the Santa Fe law firm of Seth & Montgomery in 1937. Montgomery served in the New Mexico Senate in the late 1930's and was a candidate for Lieutenant Governor in 1942. His son, Seth D.
