Alice Anne Parker (nee Anne Severson) (1939- ) is a experimental filmmaker, dream interpreter, and writer. Her radical films from 1968 to 1972 deal with gender, sexuality, and animal rights, and have screened at New York Film Festival, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Venice Biennale. Parker is currently a psychic and a dream interpreter in Hau'ula, Hawaii. She is the author of Understand Your Dreams and The Last of the Dream People.

Parker's films (produced under the name Anne Severson) include I Change I am the Same (1969), Introduction to Humanities (1972), Animals Running (1974), Riverbody (1970), and The Struggle of the Meat (1974). Her best-known work is Near the Big Chakra (1971), a silent 18-minute film that features closeups of the genitalia of 37 women. The film screened at venues across the United States and Europe in the early 70s, and was incorporated in grassroots sex ed classes at Judson Memorial Church. Filmmaker Agnes Varda described Near the Big Chakra as "a new approach to our femininity."[1]The film is in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian

Parker published her first book, Understand Your Dreams: 15000 Basic Dream Images and How to Interpret Them, in 1991. She is a Reiki Master Teacher.

In XX, Honolulu magazine named Parker "Hawaii's Best Known Psychic."
