Aliya Sergeevna Prokofyeva ({{lang-ru|Алия Сергеевна Прокофьева}}; born 14 September 1986) is a Russian entrepreneur. Founder and owner of the private space company "Galaxy".

Biography

Aliya Prokofyeva was born on September 14, 1986 in the city of Leningrad, USSR. In 2008 she graduated from the Faculty of Management of St. Petersburg State University with a degree in International Marketing. Since 2006 she worked in the telecommunications company MT Service. In 2009, he became a member of the board of directors, and a year later he became co-owner of the Energy group of companies.^[1].

In 2012, she participated in the development of new sources of energy, as well as new types of industrial materials^[2]. In 2016, she founded the space company Galaxy (specializes in projects in the space sector, as well as developing ultra light rockets for launch into space)^[3][4][5].

Later, she created the Cosmos Foundation, which supports projects in the field of art, architecture, scientific initiatives in space, the philosophy of Russian cosmism, and the popularization of space^[6]
