The PAC was founded by Henry Kraemer on March 7, 2016, as the Trump Has Tiny Hands PAC.[6] On March 13, the Federal Election Commission notified Kraemer that the name would not be allowed, because it included the name of a candidate who had not authorized the committee.[7] One day later, Kraemer changed to the name to the current one.[8] In his filing with the FEC, Kraemer wrote, "We are patriotic Americans devoted to educating our fellow citizens about Donald Trump's tiny baby hands."[9][10] In June 2016, the PAC aired a minute-long ad that aired in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.
