The Armenian Little Singers International Association was founded in 1992 in Yerevan. The founder and president of the association is Professor Tigran Hekekyan. The Association aims to develop children's choral art in Armenia, to make the Armenian culture popular all over the world, to assimilate representatives of Armenian choral art with international choral institutions. The Armenian Little Singers International Association is active in these sphere. Founders 1. The Ministry of Culture of the (RA Minister of culture) 2. The Armenian State Committee of Television and Broadcasting (RA television and radio company) 4. Tigran Hekekyan- the artistic director and the principle conductor of the Armenian Radio and TV Chamber Choir. (Armenia) 5. Rafael Mangasarian- conductor, professor at the Yerevan State Conservatory (Armenia). 6. Robert Petrossian- composer, conductor of the Folk Ensemble of the Armenian State Committee of Television and Broadcasting (Armenia). 7. Alexander Siranossian- conductor, director (rector) of the (France). 8. Sirvard Gazanchian- composer, vocalist (singer), professor at the Lausanne Conservatory (Switzerland).
