Armstead Brown (June 6, 1875–October 29, 1951) was a Justice of the Florida Supreme Court from 1925 to 1946.

Born in Talbotton, Georgia,^[1] Brown "studied law in Alabama under the guidance of his uncle, Judge J. R. Dowdell".^[2] Brown "moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1915, but resettled in Miami just two years later".^[2]
