| birth_date = 1957 }}Barbara Tetenbaum (born 1957) is a contemporary artist "producing limited edition artist books since 1979".[1] Early life and educationBorn in 1957,[2] Tetenbaum earned her MFA in printmaking at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.[3] CareerTetenbaum is Associate Professor and Department Head of Book Arts at the Oregon College of Arts and Craft in Portland, Oregon. The press she operates is called Triangular Press.[4] Tetenbaum's work is held in a number of artists' books collections in institutions including the Smithsonian,[5] University of Oregon,[6] and University of Michigan.[7] Critical receptionAwards2003-04 Fulbright Lecture award to teach in the Czech Republic.[8] 2005 Oregon Arts Fellowship.[8] 2005 Regional Arts and Culture Council Project Grant.[8] 2010 or 2011 Sally Bishop Fellowship at the Center for Book Art in New York.
