Benjamin Willoughby (April 8, 1855–June 29, 1940) was a Justice of the Supreme Court of Indiana from January 6, 1919 to January 7, 1931.

Born in Ripley County, Indiana.^[1]

Willoughby received his legal education from Cincinnati College.^[1]
