Bill Epp also known as William Epp (1930-1995) was an Canadian sculptor, born in Glenbush, Saskatchewan. Epp sculpted Winnie the Bear, a bear cub from Winnipeg who served as a mascot for the Canadian Troops during World War I. This life-sized bronze sculpture is currently on display at the London Zoo.
