Oboitshepo Tebogo Maloka (July 24 , 2002) known professionally as OB, is a South African rapper and songwriter. Born and raised between Pretoria, Gauteng,and Mahikeng, North West signed with MafTrap in 2015,He rosed to fame when he released his hit single, "Stepping stone" (2015) featuring Steve laylou.

OB released his 1st mixtape , "Yellow Star"(2015) which respectively produced the successful singles "Stepping stone", " black Rose", "Me n U" and "16 missed calls" featuring Jack9.

OB then released his second Mixtape"My love for you" under the label. Also on the 1 April 2016 he dropped his 1st EP titled "Yellow Star II" of which all 6 songs on the EP were charted on ITunes top 100. OB also released several EPs notably being "FOREST OF SECRETS" and "WE BOTH KNOW".
