The group is owned by owners of Imperial New Delhi Hotel. Raidev S Akoi is the CEO of the group. Govind S Akoi is the Ex Director of the company. Sanjeev Sethi is the COO of the group. Tom Welbury is the VP Strategy. Prateek Pathak is the General Manager of Digital Marketing.

The group has three brands Bloom Rooms, Bloom Boutique and Bloom Suites. With running properties across Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Goa.
