In January 2017, the company began development on SafeWatch. In September 2018, the company began offering SafeWatch commercially to local schools and colleges. ServicesBlue Planet IT offer a mixture of 3rd party and bespoke services, as well as a proprietary online service called SafeWatch under the company name Safe-Watch Online LTD[2]. ProductivityBlue Planet IT offer managed Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services to customers via the Microsoft Partner programme. CommunicationsBlue Planet IT offer cloud telephony services to their customers via Gamma's Unlimited Horizon reseller programme. Bespoke SoftwareBlue Planet IT offer bespoke software solutions to customers, which has in the past included projects using Microsoft Access, PHP, PostgreSQL and more. SafeWatchIn 2017, Blue Planet IT began development on SafeWatch, which was released as in beta as a commercial service in September 2018 to local schools, and has continued to operate as a beta platform since, pending a full launch. SafeWatch is a web-based platform for monitoring and reporting which integrates with WatchGuard UTM appliances. The company began pilot testing the product with Swalcliffe Park School later on in 2017. The U.K. education regulator, Ofsted, recognized the platform as something worth disseminating in a partner case study by Microsoft[3]. The platform was also featured in a case study by WatchGuard on the use of their appliance in Blue Planet IT partner school, Swalcliffe Park School[4].
