He leads WPA Intelligence’s internal R&D efforts to develop new and more effective techniques to assess message effectiveness, target critical sub-groups of voters, and make information delivery to voters more efficient and effective. Pertinent Experience & Relationships Developed new polling tools and analytical techniques for message assessment and understanding the values that drive voter engagement on issues. Provider of research and strategic consulting to organizations ranging from major corporations to start-up companies and a variety of public organizations. Pioneered advanced methodologies for combining primary data collection with analysis of secondary data and data mining to inform strategic decision-making.

2016 Election Cycle

In the 2015-2016 election cycle, 87% of WPAi clients won. WPAi clients’ win ratio has exceeded the standard by double digits for four straight political cycles.  In the 2016 Republican primary for president, arguably the most unprecedented presidential contest by way of turnout and political environment volatility, WPAi accurately projected turnout and the ballot score correct in 42 states through the use of advanced, predictive analytics.

2018 Election Cycle

During the 2018 cycle, WPA provided data analytics for races at the state and federal level across the country. By utilizing new techniques and practices that identify persuadable voters and the messages that move them, WPA data propelled the reelection campaigns of Ted Cruz and Greg Abbott in Texas. As well as the competitive races of Brian Kemp in Georgia, Kevin Cramer in North Dakota, Kevin Stitt in Oklahoma, Ann Wagner (MO-02) in Missouri, and Martha McSally in Arizona, Adam Laxaltand Dean Heller in Nevada, Matt Rosendale in Montana, as well as others.

In 2018, several of WPA's clients saw came from behind to secure victories in hotly contested primaries and general races. Many of these successes have been attributed to the campaign's use of WPA data analytics. Brian Kemp, in Georgia, for example, won his primary runoff against challenger Casey Cagle by nearly 40-points, an unexpected turn that came after a close primary race.[14]

In one race, between Attorney General Steve Marshall and former Attorney General Troy King of Alabama, WPA polling was called “spot on” for correctly predicting the matchup between Marshall and King.[15]

During the cycle, WPA also provided data and strategic consultation to the Club for Growth, the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee, and the Committee to Defend the President, as well as others. For the fifth consecutive cycle, WPAi clients outperformed the partisan average in both their primary and general election contests by double digits.

In the cycle, WPAi’s polling and data plotted the course for two winning Senate campaigns, three winning Governor’s races, and nine wins in the U.S House.  WPAi’s work for independent expenditure efforts helped elect three new Republican Senators and amassed an overall win rate of 20 wins to just six losses.

Personal Life

Bryon lives in Satellite Beach, FL with his family and enjoys racing sail boats.
