The Canadian Cultural Centre (French: Centre culturel canadien) inaugurated in Paris in 1970, is an institute tasked with the promotion of Canadian arts and culture more broadly[1]. Situated for almost 50 years at 5, rue de Constantine in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, on the Esplanade des Invalides, the Cultural Centre was moved to 130 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré to be housed within the newly inaugurated Canadian Embassy. It re-opened its doors on May 17, 2018. It is actively engaged in the promotion of Canadian literature, cinema, and visual and performance art. The centre also maintains gallery space, both for art and theatre as well as a library[2]. More than 80 events and exhibitions are held annually. The centre is administered by Global Affairs Canada and is currently led by Manon Dumas. The institute is a member of the Forum des instituts culturels étrangers à Paris (FICEP). See also
