Only the Forbes article counts as significant reliable source coverage, not enough by itself. • Gene93k (talk) 02:54, 28 October 2018 (UTC)}}{{AFC comment|1=The magazine may be notable, but we require multiple, reliable, arm's length sources to provide evidence of it as described above. It is often the case that new editors find the specifics of what we need there tough to understand, you may wish to consider asking for assistance at the Wikipedia Teahouse.

The articles here don't quite meet the mark. The LA Times and USA Today are the two (of the four) sources we'd consider reliable, but neither provides in-depth coverage of the topic of the article. joe deckertalk 03:57, 14 May 2018 (UTC)}}

Cannabis Now is the parent company for Cannabis Now magazine, a bi-monthly print publication that is distributed throughout the U.S. The company operates out of offices in Berkeley, CA and Bozeman, MT. The magazine’s editorial mission “is to educate, enlighten, and entertain.”[1]

Cannabis Now magazine was first published out of Bozeman, MT in 2009 as a "Rocky Mountain mainstream publication with a focus on politics and medicine."[2] In 2013, it became the first cannabis publication to be available via a podcast on iTunes.[3] The same year, it became the second cannabis-focused magazine to be carried by Hudson News, which sells print publications in airports nationwide.[4]

As of 2018, the magazine prints 25,000 base issues for release every two months. In addition to the print, online, and podcast releases, in 2018, Cannabis Now began developing film projects under Cannabis Now TV.[5] The company also has a large social media following, with over 4.1 million followers on Facebook as of May 2018.

Cannabis Now is owned and published by Eugenio Garcia. Eugenio’s brother Eduardo Garcia was the subject of the documentary Charged[6], which was released in 2017.
