Notable Works

Epp was involved and participated in the exhibition Disquiet at Two Rivers Gallery Prince George British Columbia in 2014, along with Trace Nelson, and Marcia Pitch. The curator of this exhibition was George Harris. This exhibition contained many plastic, ceramic and textile artworks. The somber exhbition contained chopped and broken toys, and themes of mutants, monsters, orphans, and some unidentified creatures. The works were in bulk created using childhood play-toys. By utilizing what was supposed to be children's belongings, each artist involved in this project turned their artwork into a metaphor and/or cathartic device that respectively reflected different adult perspectives. Carole Epp’s art pieces were disturbing looking characters showcasing tension in a real world context.[4]
