Cebu Lampoon Festival is an international cartoon festival held annually (usually every 3rd week of March) in the the city of Cebu, Philippines. It is organized by Yoyoy Satiristang Bisaya, a group of Visayan cartoonists in the Philippines. The first festival was held on 17-18 of March 2018 at the Barakohaus in Cebu City, Philippines. The founding members of the organizing committees were Bern Fabro, Crisanto Etorma, and Josua Cabrera. |
