Demographics

As of 2019, 85 percent of the students were White, 6 percent were Asian, 3 percent were Black, and 2 percent were Hispanic. The school is majority female, with 51 percent of students being female and 49 percent being male.^[3]

Academics

Century Middle School offers Honors curriculum classes in English, Science, and Math. All classes are unweighted on a 4.0 GPA scale.^[1] Students attending Century place far above the state average in reading, writing, and math on the Minnesota Comprehensive Assesments (MCA) test.^[4]

Electives

Century Middle School offers band, choir, industrial technology, family and consumer science (FACS), art, and physical education as electives.^[3],

Co-curricular Activities

Century Students are able to participate in many extracurricular activities including seasonal sports such as Hockey, Basketball, and Volleyball, and various clubs. ^[5]
