Chouaïb Ribati better known as Shobee (also stylized as Cho-b) , is a Moroccan rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. He's a member of the Moroccan rap duo SHAYFEEN . CareerIn 2006 Chouaib Ribati (Shobee) teamed with Soufiane OUSSRIR (Snow) and started the rap collaborative group SHAYFEEN, the duo immidiately started attracting the public(s attention by releasing some singles and performing at local concerts. In 2007 SHAYFEEN started to build their own fanbase of Moroccan youth by touching on different social and political subjects through their music that revolutianized the Moroccan rap scene and thus garnered them their first award ( RAP category) in a Marrakech talent show. It was not until 2009 that Abdessamad LAMRIQ (Small X) joined the group, he was previously part of "DRAMA FLOW" a now defunct rap group and also lead a solo career in 2008. The group immidiately started working on a mixtape, but the fans were shocked by the news of Soufiane OUSSRIR's sudden retirement from being a rapper and vocalist as he decided to fully dedicate his time to become the group's main DJ and producer. Despite Snow's departure from the group, Shobee and Small X decided to get into working on a new mixtape in 2012 that will end up coming out in 2013.
