Chuck Morgan (birth date unknown) Is an American teacher[1] in the lincoln public school system.[2] Since 2011 he has continually provided snow day predictions for the Lincoln public school system[2] through his twitter page[3]. In the more recent months many students have immortalized him as a god and started a cult around him. In the beginning of his fame, Chuck did not embrace it, but he has in more recent times decided to go along with it. He has even started to do full length forecasts on his instagram page[4].
