In December 2018, a Private Limited Company (PLC) named Incend Digital Private Limited was formed to manage Classworks. The product was directly funded by its founders and has not undergone any series round founding till 2019. FundingClassworks has only attained the preliminary funding course and it's a founders contribution on 1 November 2018 with funding of 1 Lakh in Indian Rupees shared by 4 founders. Classworks focuses right from attendance, daily home works, class activities, exam/mark reports, collect fees, announcements, easy parent-teacher communication and many more - all through a website or an app with a few taps.
