Codexia (Codexia Studios, LLC) is a technology company headquartered in San Francisco, California.[1] Founded in 2012, Codexia offers cloud-based collaboration software for creative professionals and developers. History

Codexia was founded by Terrence Lim (Former CTO) and Harsh Dalal (CEO) in 2012[4], as Irrational Code. The duo developed and released iDownload, an iOS package installer and App Store alternative.[5][6] As the team grew, the company expanded and diversified its products.

In September 2017, Codexia raised $400,000 in its seed round, which was led by GC Capital.[7] The company reportedly earned $10.8 million in revenue in 2018.[8]

The company in headquartered in San Francisco, California, with offices in 11 countries Seattle, New York, Montreal, Dublin, London, Madrid, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo and Melbourne.[9]
