释义 |
Concept empiricism is the theory that views all concepts as copies, or several copies, of perceptual representations. Pivotal beliefs of this theory are : 1- Concepts represent categories by reliable causal relations to categories. 2- Conceptual representations of category differ from occasion to occasion.
3- Conceptual presentations are perceptually based. 4- Conceptual representations are all learned, not innate.
