Confidence Reducing Anxiety Disorder (CRAD) is a disorder that affects only 2000 people worldwide. It was first diagnosed in 2015 by doctor and scientist Martin Richpower in Ireland. It is life threatening with over 20 reported deaths due to not being checked. There are many symptoms, some that are small and some life threatening.

Irish scientist and doctor Martin Richpower first found the difference in cells of a person with CRAD in 2015 when working on an experiment. He claims that the cells of those with the disorder is "severely" different and also claims that the brain of a person with CRAD is "weaker and less capable of completing complex actions". Richpower claims that a cure for CRAD is to drink and eat a lot, but in moderation. A list of alternatives are mentioned below.

Symptoms

Inability to eat food or drink during the anxiety attack
Inability to speak during the anxiety attack.
Inability to fully inhale oxygen during an anxiety attack.
Fear that something horrible is going to soon occur.
A sensation of being paralyzed from the neck down.
Feeling numb at the lips and legs.
Only able to say the 4 S’s - something something something something - straight after each other - in a stuttered voice.
Developing an accent over time.
Speech being slurred.
Urges to urinate or have a bowel movement so sudden wetting or soiling of pants can occur.

Cures

Although none of the below cures are guaranteed to work, Richpower believes that these can help the brain to become "healthier, happier and fresher".

Drink "excessive" amounts of water and food at the same time, but only have meals three times a day.
Being extremely healthy in terms of fitness eg. run regularly or join a sports club
Reduce stress by stopping doing things that might cause stress or anxiety
Only be around people who you love and trust
Give up all junk foods for these can contain "negativities"

Controversy

Many people think CRAD is fake due to a lack of media coverage or online sources. However, the disorder's official website, cradhelp.weebly.com, will give you tips and information. It has only been diagnosed in parts of Ireland, generally somewhat rural, due to the fact that it is not widely known. Richpower claims that it will help if they receive media coverage.
