DA Technology Co., Ltd ((주)디에이테크놀로지) is a Korean Manufacturing system providing company engaged in production and distribution of Secondary battery assembly equipments. Headquartered in Hwaseong City, DA Technology was founded in 1996.

In the course of two decades the company grew its business in Secondary battery manufacturing equipment to an international dimension.

DA Technology started out as a Flat-panel display (FPD) inspection equipment provider and has expanded its business field into secondary battery assembly, becoming a solid player of the industry. The company provides solutions for the production of Rechargeable batteries for Mobility and Energy storage.

Over the years the company expanded both in Korea and overseas and as of 2019, DA Technology has subsidiaries in Poland, China, and USA^[4]

DA Technology is listed on Korea's electronic stock market and is constituent of the 'KOSDAQ stock index^[5]'

DA Technology provides machinery for the assembly of cylindrical, prismatic, and polymer secondary batteries. The company is mostly focusing on manufacturing of Electrode Notching, Stacking and Folding machinery and has registered a number of patents at the R&D stage.

ESS

DA Technology has 22 years of experience in manufacturing assembly machines for all shapes of battery (cylindrical, prismatic, and polymer) production^[10]. The company has also registered over 30 patents, more than 10 of which relate to Polymer Battery Assembly Machines.The company has researched and developed electrode winder for polymer battery electrode folding machine^[11],vision inspection apparatus for polymer electrode^[12], coin inspection system and inspection method^[13] all as part of indirect contribution to Greenhouse gas emissions mitigation.

For Cylindrical Batteries the company provides facilities for the assembly process of batteries, including Winding, J/R Insert, Tab Welding, E/L Filling, Crimping Machines among others.

For Prismatic Batteries DA Technology manufactures machines for the assembly process of batteries, mostly focusing on J/R Insert, Top Cap Welding, E/L Filling Machines.
