Heinzmann (born in 1964), also known as Dave, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Littelfuse.[1] , a director of Littelfuse and President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2017 ,and responsible for all three Littelfuse business units, as well as the company's global operations and information technology. He is on the Board of Directors at Shocking Technologies, Inc. and TechAmerica Midwest. Mr. Heinzmann also served on the board at Pulse Electronics Corp.[2] Currently, he is on the board of Directors of Pulse Electronics Corporation and the Advisory Board of the University of Illinois at Chicago Engineering College[3] Early life and educationHeinzmann earned his B.S. degree in in mechanical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He then studied supply chain and operations at Northwestern University, and attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2006. CareerMr. Heinzmann has been a director of Littelfuse and President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2017.[3] Heinzmann also be a successful leader of company, under his management the company's earnings per share of $2.49 was above the top end of whole year and a 17% increase over last year.[4] In addition to,he was previously the company’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for all three Littelfuse business units[5], as well as the company's global operations and information technology. Mr. Heinzmann began his career at the company in 1985[6] and possesses a broad range of experience within the organization. He has held various positions at Littelfuse, including as a Manufacturing Manager, Quality Manager, Plant Manager and Product Development Manager from 1985 to 2000. He also served as Director of Global Operations for the electronics Business Unit of Littelfuse from 2000 to 2003,and he served as Vice President and General Manager, Automotive Business Unit of Littelfuse from 2004 to 2007, and Vice President, Global Operations of Littelfuse from September 2007 to January 2014, when he was promoted to his current position. Most recently, He became the Board of Directors of Pulse Electronics Corporation and the Advisory Board of the University of Illinois at Chicago Engineering College.
