Arman Ilyubaevich Davletyarov (born August 12, 1970, Tamar-Utkul, Orenburg Region) - Russian Media Manager, General Director of the Russian National Music Channel Muz-TV, Director of the Annual National Television Award in the Popular Music category of «Muz-TV Music Awards».

Biography

Arman Davletyarov was born on August 12, 1970 in the Orenburg region in the small village of Tamar-Utkul, on the border with Kazakhstan. Arman was he youngest of three children in his family. After graduation, he went to Moscow, where he graduated from a vocational-technical school (college) in 1985 with honours. Because of his academic excellence, Davletyarov was sent to Czechoslovakia for an internship. During his studies, Arman attended a theater group and participated in student performances. Another hobby that Arman picked up during his student life was boxing; he competed at the Moscow Championship for the Labor Reserves.

In 1988 he entered the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering (IISS). Like many students, Arman worked part-time in the evenings. He did everything he could such as unloading cars, selling newspapers, and other jobs. This allowed for him to be able to somehow make ends meet. A year later, he was called up for military service in the ranks of the Soviet Army. The service first took place in Ukraine in the Zhytomyr Region, then in Hungary in the government communications troops, and then, after the disbandment of the military unit, Arman was transferred to Baku.

Davletyarov had one goal - to become a lawyer, which was constantly in the back of his mind. Upon returning from service, he transferred to the Moscow Law University. In parallel with his evening studies at the institute, where he mastered the basics of civil law, Arman taught at the college. After receiving a law degree, Davletyarov was sent for an internship in the criminal investigation department of the Perovsky district of Moscow.

In 1992, “Christmas meetings” (a project by Alla Pugacheva) were held in Moscow. The singer gathered the best Russian stars: singers, musicians, dancers, and artists of the conversational genre. This project turned out to be fateful in the life of Arman Davletyarov, because at the “Christmas meetings” Davletyarov met many Russian show business stars. For the first time at a concert in Moscow, he met a group of "A-Studio".

One day, Arman had a chance to help organize a business partner at the “Voice of Asia” festival in Almaty, which at that time was one of the most prestigious musical events, broadcasted on central television, and covered in the press. Representatives of almost all former Soviet Republics and performers from Moscow took part in the “Voice of Asia” festival, which took place in the mountains on the famous Medeo.

After the trip to the “Voice of Asia” in 1993, Davletyarov met new acquaintances. Then he got connected with a beginner, unknown artist Murat Nasyrov, with whom continued to work later. Armed with cassettes and music recordings, Davletyarov traveled around all Moscow restaurants and clubs to promote the novice artist.

In addition, Davletyarov became friends with the members of the group "A-Studio" and Valery Meladze. In Kazakhstan, Russian performers are loved no less than in Russia itself. Given this fact, Davletyarov organizes tours to Kazakhstan for Stars of the Russian show business. Meanwhile, Davletyarov’s circle of acquaintances expanded - he talked with pop stars and their managers, and eventually, Murat Nasyrov became a well-known in Moscow.

In 1993, Davletyarov began working at the MediaStar production center, where his contribution was greatly appreciated. Gradually, the artists grew in quantity. “Vostok”, "DeTsl", “Rotten Scammers", Larisa Chernikova, the “Combination” group, etc. appeared in the company “MediaStar”

In 1996, Arman became the CEO of MediaStar, replacing Yuri Aizenshpis, who left for creative work..[1]

In 2001, Davletyarov opened his own production company: Musical Unity. He produced and worked with very famous musical groups and artists such as “A`Studio",”Dynamite”, Murat Nasyrov, Batyrkhan Shukenov and many others.

In 2003, he became an assistant to the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, ran for the State Duma in the single-mandate constituency No. 131 in the Orenburg region.

Since 2005, he leads the CEC "Youth Unity" (youth wing of the party "United Russia").[2]

In 2007, he graduated from the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Psychology of Management. He defended his thesis in the same academy.

In 2008, he joined the team of the MUZ-TV channel; in 2009, he was appointed the Musical Director of the television channel and the director of one of the most significant, large-scale and prestigious events in the show business MUZ-TV Awards.

Since 2012, he has been working as Managing Director of MUZ-TV.

From 2013 to the present, Arman Ilyubaevich Davletyarov holds the position of General Director of the TV channel "MUZ-TV", and is also the Director of the Annual National Television Award in the awards ceremony of the “Muz-TV Awards”.[3] During his work at the awards ceremony of the “Muz-TV Awards”, foreign start such as Katy Perry, Craig David, Jennifer Lopez, Anastacia, Tokio Hotel, and Sum 41 performed on the stage of SK “Olimpiysky”.[4]

In 2015, a series of authoring programs “Always yours, Arman Davletyarov”, was published on the federal TV channels of Kazakhstan. Guests of the program were: Pozner V.V.,Pugacheva A. B., Kirkorov F. B., Plushenko E. V., singer Valeria, Dima Bilan, etc.

Arman hosted a large number of youth events with the participation of Russian pop stars, including the large “We are one!” Tour of the North Caucasus, where charitable help was gathered for orphans in Chechnya. He was the General Producer of the closing ceremony of the VII Asian Winter Games in Almaty. More than a thousand athletes from 27 countries took part in the games. With his direct participation in Russia, such landmark actions as: “Days of Astana in Moscow”, “Year of Kazakhstan in Russia”, the festival “Golden Disc” in Astana, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Kazakhstan, actions in support of the census of the Russian Federation, a large a concert tour of the cities of Russia “Do you know your anthem” and many other concerts, festivals, music awards with the participation of Russian and foreign pop stars.

In 2011, the Arman Davletyarov’s book, “The History of Moscow Genghis Khan”, was published.

In 2018, Arman Davletyarov launched Starmasterclass educational project for Federal Significance.[5] The project involves the most popular artists of the stage, sports, cinema, and politics where they share their experiences in how to become a successful person, look good, be healthy, create happy relationships, etc.

Awards

In December 2010, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, N. A. Nazarbayev was awarded the Order "Kurmet".

In 2013, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for many years of work in developing culture, art and international relations between Russia and Kazakhstan by the Chairman of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko with.

He is the winner of the “Best Media Director of the Year” award according to BRAND AWARDS 2014 and BRAND AWARDS 2015.

In 2016, he was recognized as the “Best Media Director of the Year”, as the general director of the first cult music channel of Russia, MUZ-TV, Tophit Music Awards.

In 2018, the Director-General of the Muz-TV channel, Arman Davletyarov, was awarded the prestigious award of the All-Russian Television Competition “TEFI-Region 2018” “For Personal Contribution to the Development of Russian Television”.
