}}Dead Pay Rent is an American rock band formed in 2011 in Denver, Colorado. The band's line-up includes Byron Borel (lead vocals, guitar), Jon Thole (guitar, lead vocals, backing vocals), Christopher "Chops" Caldarella (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Danny Ke (drums, percussion).^[1]

Dead Pay Rent has many influences that has developed their "serviceable blues rock" sound.^[2]
