He has also lived in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and current resides in Winter Garden, Florida. Political careerDeclan Williams first began to become more engaged in advocacy work as a student at Windermere High School. [https://windermerehs.ocps.net/] In 2017, he co-founded the club, and future non-profit, Student Political Action Committee commonly referred to as SPAC, which changed it's name in 2018 to Student Political Action Coalition.
