Deion Campbell (Founder of King Legend Photography) Deion Campbell was born in Hampton, Virginia on October, 28th 1993. He is from a family of four brothers and zero sisters. He attended Captain John Smith for elementary school and then moved on to Jones Magnet Middle School. For High school, Mr. Campbell attended Phoebus High School where he obtained his High School Diploma in the graduating class of 2012. While attending Phoebus High, he took up Photography as an elective and learned the basics of Photoshop, Lightroom, Studio Lighting and how to operate a camera. Little did he know that his would be the information that he would use six years later after taking the class to become a entrepreneur of his own photography business. Deion Campbell after high school began to venture out with different jobs such as becoming a Manager for Pizza Hut and working as a car salesman at Nicks Car lot. He also took up Amateur boxing at C4 boxing gym for two years, under the supervision of boxing coach Gene Floyd. After boxing, Mr. Campbell eventually went to become his own boss by working for World Financial Group (WFG). There he would attend many entrepreneur meetings and lectures that sparked a desire inside of him to go follow his dreams and start his own business. He became an author and wrote his first book about his life titled, "Who Am I?" which received a five star rating on Amazon. Shortly after leaving World Financial Group, Mr. Campbell embraced his nickname from social media, "King Legend 757" and used the name as the name of his business. He was already known by King Legend across all social media platforms to include his Vlog channel on youtube. When Mr. Campbell first started the business, he was the personal photographer for Jay Marable, better known as "DJ J Skillz." He would do event photography in venues such as Queens Way Soul Cafe, T.G.I.F. Fridays, Mambo bar and Grill, Avenue Blue, and eventually would be discover by other clients and gaining major events such as Hampton University Homecoming and more. King Legend 757 had made a name for himself and if photography was the topic in Hampton Roads, his name was in the conversation. He eventually landed major gigs that would promote his business to even higher heights, such as taking pictures of New York Celebrity rapper, "Dave East." Also ended up doing work with the local iheart radio station 103Jamz, taking pictures of rapper Shy Glizzy and producer Lex Luger. From here the collaborations would continue to go on for King Legend and this is how the brand King Legend Photography came into existence.
