| 释义 | Dr. S. Jeyapragasam (1948-2018) was a prominent Gandhian scholar and teacher in Tamil Nadu, India. In his youth, he “served on a committee instituted by Jayprakash Narayan for mobilising the youth during the Emergency[1].
